"Chill Spot"
Can't you just picture someone relaxing and drinking their beer form the cooler in this burned out building off Howard? The light was coming through the missing roof.
"Ice Cold Hike"
This was a super-cold day and I remember getting totally bundled up to hike and shoot - the light was too good to stay indoors. This was snapped at Horseshoe Pond.

"Machined"
OK - so maybe not the most exciting image to some - but to me this is my favorite image of the year. It is part of an extrusion machine I shot for a job. Reflective objects can be hard to shoot - I couldn't be happier with this outcome.
"Brad and Plane Shadow"
My friend Brad told us to find a hill to gather at - then he busted out toy gliders! I love the shadow of the glider in this photo. Perfect timing.

"Armor Court"
Growing up this was always my favorite room in the Cleveland Museum of Art. It is still a favorite - I really liked this shot of Laura taking it in.
"St. Bernard Parish"
I developed a habit of climbing the parking decks in Downtown Akron to find new angles to photograph the city from. This one of the iconic downtown church is a prime example - the late Winter light was perfect.

"Streaking Selfie"
Running around my yard with an LED light in hand probably made my neighbors think I was crazy - but it was worth it for this interesting long exposure shot.
"Atari 2600"
This is the original Atari my brother and I got all those Christmases ago. Laura and I hooked it up to the flat screen and it still works - and made for some fun snowy nights. I decided to give it the full studio-lighting treatment one afternoon.

"The Beyonders"
I ran some extension cords from inside Musica, set up my lights, and shot this of my friends' band in the alley. One of the best band promo shots I've made.
"Fourth Fireworks"
A long exposure of my Dad setting off some fireworks on Independence Day. I think my Dad, brother, and me have more fun with this than the kids do.

"VIP Seating"
This is the new Nightlight Cinema downtown Akron - a small indie theater. Liam is sitting in the front row - this space used to be his Dad's photo studio.
"Blacksmith"
We went to Hale Farm and Village for an Ohio Craft Festival. Craft beer, crafts, history - the blacksmith is still the best.

"Wingfoot One"
Driving home from a hike at the Springfield Bog one afternoon I saw the blimp in the sky. The light was right so I pulled over in a gas station and captured this shot of the newest Goodyear Blimp(though it is technically a Zeppelin).
"Clockwork"
I've been shooting photos nearly weekly of inventory for Canton's Main Street Modern. I got this angle for myself though.

"Laura @ Happy Dog"
I spent a lot of time when I was younger seeing bands at The Euclid Tavern - its nice to see it reborn as a second Happy Dog. Laura and I stopped there for dogs and beers one afternoon this Fall.
"The Line"
We waited nearly an hour one night to get into the new Hofbrauhaus Cleveland - but it wasn't that bad - we had giant German beers in hand.

"Twas the Night..."
This is the band Missile Toe rocking the Akron Art Museum - they truly are the 'World's Greatest Christmas Band'.
"Christmas Wrappings"
My niece and nephews opening a present on Christmas morning.
